Love to yourself
- Jog or take a power walk with the morning breeze
- Prepare yourself a good healthy breakfast
- Drink lots of water
- Don't forget to take a break when doing your work
- Never skip meals but remember not to eat too much
- Talk to someone if you have problems (talk, not gossip)
- If feeling unhealthy, take medication or go see the doctor
Love to others
- Help the old lady with her groceries
- Don't honk too much when driving, minimize the noise, use the honk wisely for safety reason only
- Drive carefully so not to hurt others, don't drink and drive
- When driving, remember to stop on zebra crossing
- Smile to the person next to you, a smile won't hurt anyone, it would help the anti-aging process too. So if you want to live longer, smile a lot :P
- Avoid dramas/conflicts with friends - every problem can be solved, communication is the key
- Why not giving a homeless a penny or two, what we give we will get back :)
- Donate your extra blanket/winter jacket to those who need them, they need to get warm too
Love to Mother Nature
- Use electricity wisely, especially in this cold winter- heaters can keep your warm but don't overuse them, we have no idea how much energy needed to run a heater
- Don't dump rubbish in the river
- Place ciggy bud in the proper dumping place. Don't want to cause any bush-fire :P
Love to animals
- Don't forget to feed your cat/dog before you leave home
- Since winter is cold, prepare a comfy place so they can sleep
- Don't forget to spend time with them-play and cuddle would make them a happy pet
We all love our life so much, so why not give our life a little appreciation by adding love. Love is not hard to give, it makes you looks younger than your age too. So let's rise and shine. Love and live longer people. Have a lovely day! /bye
